Mho Hotel Eloy Casa Grande Near I-10

They double charged me. I called and they said they would fix, but a month later, no luck.

Pleasant and accommodating staff onsite.

very simple and discreet hotel in relation to the price, we only used it for sleeping and that was enough for us. comfortable bed, hot water, clean towels, clean bathroom, functional air conditioning, TV and that's it, we did not demand more for the price. We were all day out of it and I repeat, as an option just to sleep, it's fine. pool looked great, although we didn't use it. We rented a car and gas station was right in front of us, it was very easy to go out to the road, car was parked in front of us and everything was fine in general. It has free breakfast, we didn't use either, that's a good point.

Although it is an economical place, we would have liked it to have had a little more maintenance, the bathroom door would not close because the lock had been forced, the hair dryer would fall off the wall with everything and support. We're adventurous and not picky, but for other people it can be annoying.

Air conditioning was working blowing cold air but not cooling off room till 3am even aftr running all day, Went and bought a fan sat night. Never got clean washcloths sat only 2towels. Some outlets were not working. I guess you really do get what you paid for

Staff barely spoke to me at check in. She was on her cell phone while checking me in. The room was dirty and smelled terrible

Bathroom. Toilet. We had to move to another bedroom due to bathroom. Also smelled like smoke. Should had being nonsmoke

Wifi didn't work most of the time Refrig froze everything I put in it Shower faucet leaked Couldn't get natural light without opening drapes Was automatically charged for safe that wasn't used - it did come off bill when I mentioned it

Got the room were getting ready for bed someone is at the door we think they have the wrong room when they actually OPEN the door with their key. He walks in sees us and says sorry and walks out. We try calling the front desk 3 times and no answer. We had to put the latch on the door and the chair infront of it.

Wi-Fi was fast and free parking was a plus, but the room smelled bad.

The bed was fairly comfortable.

It was disgusting, everything was still dirty from previous guests including old wrappers on the floor and animal hair in the carpet. The staff wasn't very helpful and there was even something inside of the shower drain which shouldnt happen the shower head was broken and it was just over all a horrible place to be and someone was banging on the door next to ours yelling at 530 am.

Excellent customer service!! For the price that we paid here it was worth it. Some of these reviews are expecting 5 star stay. There are other hotels that do that for you for a couple hundred a night. We will be visiting monthly and definitely would not be staying anywhere else.

I have no complaints about our stay. :)

central location near casa grande's parks and attractions

I found the parking was plentiful and the nearby Casa Grande Military Reservoir made for a perfect spot for walking and enjoying the outdoors, making my weekend strolls through the area quite enjoyable.

The price was great!

This place was beat up, bathroom paint peeling. Pool door broke. Its a truck stip. Didn't really ze that.

Bed was clean and compfy. Breakfast fast fair.

It was dirty and very noisy from the trucks driving in and out.Also it had a strong smell of diesel or petrol from the trucks.the bathroom was very dirty toilet bowl had old sticky urine with human hair stuck to it. Unable to take a bath as the bath plug was broken and the shower head was loose. Some codwebs on the wall and dirty shelves with stains.the safety catch was loose almost coming off making it useless.

Breakfast was limited but was sufficient....would like to see a little more choices.

Offer a little more choices for breakfast and it would be much better! Also....have chairs for the balcony rooms to sit outside when it's nice out.
